Bicycle Touring Through Romania’s Remote Mountain Villages

These two days cycling through the mountains of Romania north of Brasov were easily my two most favorite days of bicycle tour this year. I spent a good 48 hours cycling through small remote villages where electricity, water and other basic commodities existed, but were extremely rare. My feet got a little muddy along the way, but I absolutely loved every minute of it.
