Bicycling To The Beach With A Book

Much of my time in Croatia was spent on the beach. I would cycle from my apartment for a mile or two up the coast, find a rock to sit down on, and spend the next half-hour or so reading a book. Once I finished a chapter or two, I would pick up the bike, head back out onto the road, ride another mile or two down the beach and repeat the process all over again. With the beaches completely empty and amazing island views from nearly ever perch, it was a great way to spend my time in Croatia.
