Graffiti From Switzerland And Austria

May 6, 2009 by

During my travels in Austria and Switzerland I’ve been shocked and amazed at the amount and quality of graffit I’ve been able to find on the streets.

Whether you view graffiti as urban trash or colorful street art, you’ve got to admit that this stuff is pretty darn cool. Sometimes I think to myself, “How did they manage to do this without getting caught?”

But before you get too excited, I’ve got to warn you: Some of the following images are pretty graphic. If you are easily offended, I don’t recommend you read any further. But if you’re up for the experience, please scroll down and enjoy.

The following is just some of the artwork I’ve been able to find during my first three months of travel in Europe.

Location: Luzern, Switzerland

Location: Emmenweid, Switzerland

Location: Ebikon, Switzerland

Location: Basel, Switzerland

Location: Schaffhausen, Switzerland

Location: Vienna, Austria
