Touring Dracula’s Bran Castle

It cost 25 Romania Leu to get into Bran Castle. The castle is more like a large mansion than it is a castle, but it was certainly a fun place to explore for the day. I learned a lot about the history of the castle, the people that lived there and about Vlad the Impaler – the famous man who used to live in the area and for whom Bram Stoker’s Dracula character took much of its inspiration. The second photo from the top is the view I had of Bran Castle from my hotel room window.
