What Makes Triathlon Shoes So Special?

As you can see, triathlon shoes have a number a number of features in common. They are lightweight, aerodynamic, breathable, with tongue straps that tie everything down, heel straps that make it easy to get the shoes on and off, and many of the shoes feature a comfortable design that allows the shoes to be worn with or without socks – thereby speeding up your time in the transitions.
