You could pay a professional photographer thousands of dollars to take these types of photos for your company, but you’ll get these great photos from me as a part of this arrangement.

High Definition Video + Aerial Drone Footage

Video is huge right now! – Which is why, during the bike tour, I will shoot one new video for each day of the tour and provide you with a copy of all the video files I produce at the end of the tour, which you can then use in the future to market and promote your bicycle tours.

I will use the video files I shoot on the bike tour to create several short videos for Bicycle Touring Pro’s Youtube channel (which currently has about 50,000 subscribers). The videos I make are extremely popular and are a great way to market and promote your bike tours in the future!

Plus, I will bring my DJI drone with me on the bike tour to produce some incredible aerial footage (so long as it is legal in your country at the time of the tour). The drone footage I’ve published in the past is among some of the favorite things my followers like to see when they are watching my videos. Plus, my drone footage is a great way to show off the landscapes your customers will be traveling through… and it’s a great way to drive sign-ups for your future bicycle tours.

Use Of My Name, Image & Testimonial

Finally, I will give you the right to use my name, image, and testimonial in any ads and/or marketing materials that you might wish to produce over the next six months. Imagine telling people that “The Bicycle Touring Pro” will be joining you on one of your bicycle tours!

Even though most of bike tours are only about one week in length, the work involved in marketing your company, asking my readers to join me on your bicycle tour, following up with any questions I receive from my readers, photographing and videotaping the entire bike tour, editing all the photos and video from the tour, and then writing and promoting my finished bike tour review will take me approximately 3 weeks to complete. That’s more than $22,480 USD of marketing, promotion and professional photography/video work. But I won’t be charging you that much for partnering with me on this project.

Instead, I simply want you to provide me with:

• A $7,995 USD fee to cover my transportation to and from the start of your bike tour + the work I will be doing to promote your company over the following months, take photos, shoot video, write your tour review, etc.
• Free participation in one or more of your multi-day bike tours. This would include covering the cost of the tour itself, lodging, food, bike rental (if you want me to ride one of your bikes – otherwise I can bring my own bicycle) and any other extra expenses that might come up during the tour.

Cost Saving Opportunity: Many of the tour companies I’ve worked with in the past have been able to obtain FREE food and lodging for me by simply requesting it from their food and accommodation partners (as I will be photographing, videotaping, and reviewing the food and lodging on the tour as well). This strategy, if successful, greatly reduces the overall cost involved with having me participate in your bike tour.

For most tour companies I’ve worked with in the past, if I can get them just 1 to 3 signs-ups, they will get back all of the money I am asking for my services. Which, if you look at it that way, makes my small fee incredibly reasonable! – Especially since the services I will be providing to you are worth far more than what I’m asking.
