After crossing the state of Nevada two separate times in the last 12 months, I have to say… “I absolutely love the place!” Nevada isn’t a destination that many cyclists ever dream of visiting, but the state is an excellent location for long-distance bicycle touring. While many of the state’s roads pass through long, dry, and (sometimes very) windy flat lands, much of the state is mountainous – with threes, bushes, and some of the most beautiful stretches of road in all of North America.
