    As an Ukrainian immigrant living in Tucson, AZ, I enjoyed these spirited photos. It was good to be “sneaky” to show us the stability and solidity after the seccession from “Mother Russia” twenty-two years ago. The pictures of this great city are beautiful and show the indelible impact of the 200 year rule of the Austrian Hapsburgs. This is what foreign visitors notice and call Lviv a “little Vienna”. Andrew M. P.S. Mozart’s son Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart lived here and was the symphony conductor. P.P.S. I still own a house in what was formally called Kaisewald.
