Behind-The-Scenes Video From My 2015 Bike Tour Across Romania, Serbia & Bosnia

Biker at the top of the Transfagarasan Highway in Romania

In the summer of 2015, I rode my Co-Motion Pangea touring bicycle across the Eastern European countries of Romania, Serbia and Bosnia. Along the way, I climbed up and over the Transfagarasan highway; made friends with a German bike traveler named Bernd; met up and rode with one of my Bicycle Touring Pro readers in Belgrade, Serbia; and finished my travels by bike in the tiny, but charming town of Tuzla, Bosnia.

While I originally published the videos from this epic European bike ride as individual daily vlogs on the Bicycle Touring Pro YouTube channel, you can now watch my entire cycling adventure in Romania, Serbia and Bosnia unfold in the video below.

After you’ve finished watching the original videos from my bike tour across Romania, Serbia and Bosnia, be sure to watch the video below, which will give you a “behind-the-scenes” look at that very same bicycle adventure.

In this second video, you’ll hear me talk about my 2015 bike tour in Eastern Europe, tell you what I really thought of traveling with Bernd and Marko (the two travel companions I found along my route across Romania, Serbia and Bosnia), and I’ll give you some tips and tricks that you can use to conduct your own incredible bicycle touring adventures anywhere in the world.

If you enjoy this behind-the-scenes look at my life as the Bicycle Touring Pro, make sure you watch the similar (but very different) “behind-the-scenes” video blog from my bike ride across Ukraine and Romania.
